Abstract :

As the Founder and CEO of Bioxell Pharma; Hisham started the company since 2007 developing one of the most distinguished product portfolios and managing to position the company at the vanguard of the pharmaceutical industry in Egypt ,he had been working as a free lance consultant from 2005 till 2007; whereby offering consultancy and training to companies from diversified industries, He developed more than a management tool to some of these companies, e.g Jobs' Profiles, Performance Audits based on core competencies and KPIs, Reporting Systems, Workload Analysis and Measurement based on work and motion.

In his last capacity in the multinational firms as a General Manager for Lundbeck A/S-Saudi; it was under his responsibility to build a new organisation in Saudi following change of the General Manager and the Distributor. The changes in the organisation were brought about to support the launch of a mega brand in Saudi, He managed the team and the launch activities to the full satisfaction; despite facing significant challenges in the market on all levels.

He also participated very positively to the organisations outside Saudi Arabia as well and contributed to the implementation of a regional sales and marketing environment between the countries in the Middle East region.

He was responsible for achieving sales & marketing objectives, marketing & business planning, keeping budgets and stocks in line, making sure that development, proper delegation and empowerment is taking place, in full coordination with regional HQ.

From the time Hisham started his career till 2005, he occupied several positions in more than a multinational company, first managerial position was in 1989 as a Field Sales Manager in Boehringer Ingelheim, then moved to Pfizer as a Training Manager for the Middle East Arab Group, 1992, where he was responsible for devising diagnostic and assessment tools for training needs, delivering Sales, Management and HR training programs and establishing career path and succession plans. He worked as a Business Effectiveness Director in AstraZeneca Following the merger of Astra and Zeneca in 1999.

In American Trade International, USA; he went through a unique experience whereby established business deals with research labs and small pharmaceutical companies which have products approved or subject to approval from health authorities, made necessary market studies, sales & earning statements and helped make acquisition deals and/or build long-term strategic alliances
